Ridgeview Baptist Church Clothes Closet will open each Thursday from 9:30 am until 12:30 pm for our RBC families to shop. Appointments may be made upon request. If you need to make an appointment call Stephanie at 865-919-7650 or Michelle at 865-388-1038.

At this time, we are serving only families within RBC but may eventually open to the community as this ministry grows.

Donations: We accept ONLY clean, gently used (no stains or holes) clothing and shoes. Jackets, coats, toboggans and gloves are also accepted. Donated items must be ready to display to help someone else as quickly as possible. Used undergarments will not be accepted for donation. At this time we have no way to clean or repair items. If you wish to give monetary donations they will be used to purchase new undergarments and socks. Tax deduction forms are available to everyone who donates to the RBC Clothes Closet. Donations of children’s and adult items may be given anytime during church office business hours.

Guidelines: Each child or adult is allowed 3 outfits (pants, shorts, skirt, shirt, dress), 1 pair of shoes, 1 package of undergarments and 1 package of socks per month. This limit is subject to change as our Clothes Closet is better stocked. As monetary donations allow we will purchase undergarments and socks and they will be available. Each recipient must complete a form listing family members being helped at each visit. NO money will be given to anyone using the RBC Clothes Closet.

Anyone who wishes to volunteer in the Clothes Closet is more than welcome.
